Kawaii maids and kakkoii butlers will ensure you’re cared for and are ready to take to the floor with a stunning dance.

Your ticket includes a delicious meal, Maid & Butler Café exclusive performance, special Café-specific games, and a goodie bag with candy & a Café exclusive keychain and sticker.

Do I need to purchase admission to Otafest to attend the cafe?

Yes, you will need admission to Otafest AND a ticket to the cafe in order to attend.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, cafe tickets are non-refundable. Please make sure you select the right day and time during your purchase.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We are able to accommodate certain dietary restrictions. You can note any restrictions you have in the ticket order form and we will do our best to ensure you can fully enjoy the cafe.

When should I arrive to the cafe?

Please arrive 20 minutes before your session start time to ensure everyone gets seated on time!

Will you sell cafe tickets in person?

This year, all of the café's tickets will be sold online. Due to circumstances beyond our control, there will be no sales at the door.
